Fairouz Bakery began with a simple purpose: to prepare Moroccan food that feels generous, familiar and worthy of the table where it will be shared.
From honeyed chebakia and almond briouats to pastilla, rghaif and celebration cakes, every order is approached as a personal commission rather than anonymous production.

We confirm the date, quantity, presentation and delivery details before preparation. Working in small batches helps us protect freshness and give handmade pieces the attention they need.
