Who is responsible for your information

Fairouz Bakery, an artisanal bakery operating in Tangier, Morocco, is responsible for the customer information it receives for enquiries and orders. You can contact us through the telephone and WhatsApp number displayed on this website.

Moroccan Law No. 09-08 establishes rules for the protection of individuals when personal data is processed. This policy is intended to explain our practices in clear language and should be read together with our order terms.

Information you choose to provide

Our forms may ask for your name, telephone number, delivery address or city, requested items, quantity, preferred date, event details, guest count, allergy information and any message you add. We only ask for information needed to answer your enquiry, prepare an order, arrange delivery or provide customer care.

The forms on this website do not send information to a Fairouz Bakery database. When you press the WhatsApp button, the details are placed into a message and WhatsApp opens so that you can review and send it. Information is shared only after you choose to send that message.

How we use information

We use customer information to answer questions, check product availability, prepare quotations, confirm orders and deposits, customize products, coordinate delivery, provide after-sales support and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations.

We do not sell customer information. We do not use order details for unrelated advertising without an appropriate basis or your choice. Access is limited to people who need the information to manage the order.

WhatsApp, Instagram and hosting services

WhatsApp and Instagram are third-party services operated independently from Fairouz Bakery. If you contact us through them, their own privacy terms apply and information may be processed outside Morocco. Please review the message before sending and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.

The website host may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and security logs to deliver and protect the website. We do not currently use marketing trackers or advertising cookies. Essential technical storage may be used by the hosting platform when required for security or site delivery.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and order information only for as long as reasonably needed to manage the customer relationship, complete the order, resolve a dispute and comply with accounting or legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or securely disposed of.

We take reasonable organizational and technical precautions, but no online or messaging service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive data through the order forms or WhatsApp.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable Moroccan law, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction or opposition to certain uses. You may also ask for deletion when the information is no longer required, subject to legal record-keeping duties.

Contact us using the number shown on this site and provide enough information to identify the relevant conversation or order. You may also contact Morocco’s National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) about rights or complaints.
