About the service
Fairouz Bakery offers artisanal Moroccan pastries, breads, savoury dishes and celebration products prepared in Tangier. Product photos illustrate our work, but handmade pieces, decoration, ingredients, colour and presentation may vary by season, availability and customization.
The website is available in English, French and Arabic for convenience. If wording differs, the details confirmed directly with the customer for the specific order take priority.
Prices, quotations and confirmation
Prices may depend on quantity, ingredients, size, decoration, packaging, delivery area and requested date. The final price is communicated directly before confirmation. No card payment is collected through this website.
Orders above 200 DH require advance payment before preparation begins. A message, form submission or product selection is a request only; Fairouz Bakery must expressly confirm the order.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate contact, date, quantity, spelling, address and access information, review the confirmation and notify us promptly of any mistake. For customized cakes or gifts, the customer is responsible for approving names, wording, colours and design direction.
The customer must disclose relevant allergies before confirmation. We will explain known ingredients, but our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, milk, nuts, sesame and other allergens and cannot promise an allergen-free environment.
Availability and preparation
All items are subject to ingredient, production and seasonal availability. Preparation estimates begin after order confirmation and any required payment. Large, complex or peak-season orders may need more time.
We may decline or suggest changes to a request we cannot safely or reliably fulfil. If Fairouz Bakery cancels a confirmed order for reasons within our control, any payment for the unfulfilled order will be returned.
Collection and delivery
The customer must be available at the agreed time and provide safe access. Delivery times are reasonable estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, address problems or events outside our control.
Responsibility for storage and handling passes to the customer at collection or successful delivery. Chilled and perishable products must be stored and served according to the instructions provided.
Acceptable website use and ownership
You may use the website to learn about Fairouz Bakery and place genuine enquiries. Do not interfere with the site, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person or misuse contact details.

These terms are intended to be governed by applicable Moroccan law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern fairly and promptly.
